Warning about the "fair guide" and "expo guide" online exhibitor directories

The "Construct Data Verlag" and "Expo Guide" companies are offering entries in the "Fair Guide" and "Expo Guide" online exhibitor directories and are sending out the corresponding registration forms to exhibitors. In so doing, these companies are making unauthorised use of the names and brands of exhibitions of Swiss Exhibition/Messe Schweiz and are creating the impression amongst exhibitors that this is the official Swiss Exhibition exhibitor directory. Exhibitors are then requested to fill out the registration form or to correct it. Anyone signing the form and sending it back undertakes to pay, for a period of three years, a sum of EUR 1181 per year (a total of EUR 3543)! It is only possible to withdraw from the contract by sending a registered letter within a period of ten days of signing it.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the "Fair Guide" and "Expo Guide" online exhibitor directories are not the official Swiss Exhibition directories, and that Swiss Exhibition is in no way connected to the "Construct Data Verlag" and "Expo Guide" companies. It is not necessary to have an entry in the "Fair Guide" and "Expo Guide" in order to participate in exhibitions organised by Swiss Exhibition.
