We will be sending you further issues of the Swisstech Planner at regular intervals from now until the exhibition in November with information about attractive offers, important deadlines and interesting news. In this issue the focus is on ensuring that your stand staff are well-prepared for the exhibition and on designing your stand.
Increase your success with well-trained staff – Invitation to free exhibition training session Well-prepared, motivated and friendly stand staff are essential for building customer relationships during the exhibition. Together with our partner "messemacher", we are offering you the opportunity to give your stand staff the ideal preparation for Swisstech. This practical, interactive and motivational seminar will cover the following essential aspects of your exhibition presence: • Positive impact, friendly behaviour • The first impression is decisive • The best way to approach customers • Targeted communication skills • Customer-focused presentations • Obtaining addresses, time wasters, achieving objectives You can choose from the following dates: • Monday 1st September 2008 in Baden • Wednesday 1st October 2008 in Winterthur • Tuesday 21 October 2008 in Olten We are inviting one employee from each exhibitor's company to attend one seminar. The fees will be paid by Swiss Exhibition. Each additional attendee will pay a charge of CHF 470.–. The training will be held in German. Register here by 15 August 2008 at the latest. The maximum number of participants in each training session is 20.
